Tida carries out its research into the most pressing socio-political problems facing Gaza. We adjust and respond to developments locally and internationally to ensure that we address pertinent issues and those being ignored.

The dissemination of Tida's research is a central  focus; for the best results, Tida convenes both international conferences and regional roundtables. Particularly at a time when sectarian and ideological divisions are increasingly entrenched, Tida takes a pluralistic approach, seeking to influence a wide and diverse political spectrum.

Tida's philosophy is to enhance the skills of local researchers in political, social, scientific and medical studies. To this end we provide training and when possible facilitate working relationships between international and local researchers.
